Man muss:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>den aktuellen Arbeitsablauf abbilden,<\/li>\n<li>Engp\u00e4sse identifizieren,<\/li>\n<li>den Eigent\u00fcmer eines Prozesses feststellen,<\/li>\n<li>Verantwortlichkeiten neu gestalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das ist kein Technologie-Sprint.<br \/>Das ist eine operative \u00c4nderung.<\/p>\n<p>Unternehmen, die sich vornehmen \u201e3 Monate und erledigt\u201d, prallen meist an der organisatorischen, nicht an der technologischen Realit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-sie-samo-utrzyma\">\u201eDas hier h\u00e4lt sich von selbst\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>H\u00e4ufiger Fehler: Die Annahme, dass Automatisierung ein einmaliges Projekt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Implementierung ist erst der Anfang. Prozesse \u00e4ndern sich. Die Skalierung \u00e4ndert sich. Die Kundenanforderungen \u00e4ndern sich. Daten sind nicht mehr aktuell. Integrationen brechen. Benutzer kehren zu Excel zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Unbeaufsichtigte Automatisierung ist keine Ersparnis. Es ist ein aufgeschobenes Problem.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ludzie-beda-robic-bardziej-kreatywne-rzeczy\">\u201eMenschen werden kreativere Dinge tun\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Dies ist einer der optimistischsten Slogans.<\/p>\n<p>In der Theorie gibt Automatisierung Zeit frei.<br \/>Wenn die Organisation in der Praxis die Arbeitsstruktur nicht \u00e4ndert, wird die freigewordene Zeit mit neuen KPIs gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p>Automatisierung allein schafft keine kreative Arbeit.<br \/>Schafft Raum.<\/p>\n<p>Es obliegt der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung zu entscheiden, ob dieser Raum strategisch oder operativ genutzt wird.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ai-rozwiaze-to-za-nas\">\u201eKI wird das f\u00fcr uns l\u00f6sen\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>In den letzten Jahren <a href=\"http:\/\/jsoncrew.com\/de\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"jsoncrew.com\">Automatisierung<\/a> Angesagter Slogan hinzugef\u00fcgt: KI.<\/p>\n<p>Aber keine Technologie kann einen schlecht konzipierten Prozess reparieren. Wenn:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die Daten sind widerspr\u00fcchlich,<\/li>\n<li>Die Verantwortung ist unklar.,<\/li>\n<li>der Prozess ist chaotisch,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KI beschleunigt nur das Chaos.<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst der Prozess. Dann die Automatisierung.
